There are a lot of different Fun and Stylish Sunglasses that you can get. Make sure they are UV 400 Protection though. Bring a few pairs though. They often get lost.
Some people use Ski Goggles which have a dark visor. That's not handy at night. These Welding Goggles can be used both Day and Night. Plus they are easy to Customize.
An assortment of styles, that don’t make you look like a nurse or doctor walking around. These are a great find. Wash - reuse - pick from a variety of styles. An essential part of you Burner Gear is a good mask.
These medical grade dust masks are a cheap and easy solution for a large group to get masks. Buy a pack and give them out as gifts. Sure you can use some markers to make funny faces on them, but the fumes may make you feel a little funny. Reduce exposures to large particles. One size fits all. Moldable metal noseband.
If you have a cup with LED Lights, the flashing lights draw attention faster to your cup to get a quicker refill. If you happen to drop them as you are walking or riding from bar to bar, they are also easy to spot.
A cup with a handle is handy to be able to fasten to your belt or backpack. Usually a leather strap or carabiner can connect your cup to your bag. A Keychain Ring and some Gaffer tape can also do the trick. This stainless steel mug is insulated and comes with a handy clip on carabiner for a handle. Just clip it on your belt, bag or ear.
Make sure to get some industrial strength ZipTies. The winds are strong, and everything is beaten down on the playa. These are a good set that will help you out in so many ways. Some people have even made their shade structures from them. Avoid the clear / white zipties as they are hard to find doing MOOP patrol. Get the colored or black ones as they are easier to spot.
Bungee Cords are one of those Essential Gear you don’t always think of. These will save you in so many situations, not only the ones you can think of, but more importantly, the ones you can’t. Make sure to get different lengths as one size doesn’t always fit all.
